Pathways are citizen #4 of Scenemator and definitely the most complex ones! See the sections below to learn more about it.

Describe a Pathway

In Scenemator, a pathway is described in 2 dimensions: text — for what you have to say about it, and morphology — to define how it looks. Click on and try them all!

What do you have to say ?
Name A short and meaningful name
Description A hint about this pathway: typically to answer the How question it addresses

* Note that text properties are not carried over from type.

Morphology
How it looks ?
Shape Choose between basic shapes
Color Nothing fancy here, you can choose any of the predefined colors
Size If the size matters, then you have 6 different sizes to choose from
Glyph Browse and select a glyph from one of the categories

Pathways in Composition

Pathways are not available in this view.

Pathways in Layout & Pathway

In this view, you introduce pathway and make interactions with elements. The legend provides the list of pathways and allows description.

Activate Click on a pathway to activate it
Drain Click on the of a pathway to remove it — or use the legend
Move Click and drag a pathway to give it a specific position

Pathways in Presentation

This is the show time view for pathways and other components of your scene. Here we took out everything that is not helpful for presentation. So there is no layout or way to introduce new pathways but you can activate and describe them!
